Kent Rilling, PA-C
Kent Rilling, PA-C, is the founder of Optimal Health Medicine®, a precision model built to identify physiologic decline, restore function, optimize health, and reduce future disease risk.
A prescribing physician assistant with nearly three decades of clinical experience in emergency medicine and urgent care, Kent spent much of his early career treating patients after disease, injury, and physiologic dysfunction had already become clinically apparent. That experience, along with his wife's breast cancer diagnosis 10 years ago, ultimately shaped his focus on a different question: How can clinicians identify and address the processes driving decline before they progress to established disease?
Building on Neal Rouzier, MD’s literature-based foundation in hormone medicine, Kent spent eight years refining the integration of advanced biomarker testing, DEXA body composition, bioidentical hormone optimization, metabolic and mitochondrial health, peptides, and longitudinal outcome tracking into a comprehensive whole-body clinical framework.
Through Optimal Health Medicine®, Kent now focuses on translating physiology and medical evidence into a systematic, measurable approach to patient care designed not simply to manage disease, but to improve function, optimize health, and protect long-term healthspan.
