• Registration information, including ticket level, attendee category, eligibility information, group-registration details, transfer or name-change requests, badge information, check-in records, attendance records, session participation, and replay or community-access status;

• Application, inquiry, sponsor, exhibitor, or interest-form information submitted in connection with Discovery, Ascend, Founders Circle, Legacy Owners, sponsors, exhibitors, partners, the OHM™ professional network, certification pathways, fellowship updates, the OHM™ practitioner directory, or future OHM™ programs;

• Payment and transaction information, including transaction identifiers, registration purchase records, refund or chargeback communications, billing contact information, and payment-confirmation details. Payment-card data may be processed by third-party payment processors and may not be stored directly by OHM™;

• Document, promote, archive, and report on the Conference through photography, video, livestreams, social media, websites, presentations, marketing materials, and internal records, consistent with the Registration Terms & Conditions;

• Protect OHM™, attendees, faculty, sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, and third parties, including by preventing fraud, enforcing Conference rules and legal terms, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and complying with applicable law.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information when reasonably necessary to operate the Conference, provide related services, comply with law, or protect legitimate business interests.

We may share information with:

• Registration, ticketing, payment-processing, website, form, email, CRM, analytics, advertising, community, replay, technology, hosting, security, and other service providers that help us operate the Conference and related programs;

• Venue, hotel, event-production, audiovisual, livestream, photography, security, badge-printing, check-in, catering, logistics, shipping, and onsite operations providers, as needed to administer the Conference;

• Faculty, speakers, moderators, program leaders, sponsors, exhibitors, partners, laboratories, pharmacies, imaging or diagnostic providers, technology providers, or other professional partners when reasonably related to attendee participation, requested information, sponsor or exhibitor activity, partner introductions, Founders Circle programming, practice-development opportunities, or similar Conference-related purposes;

• Payment processors, banks, card networks, and other entities involved in billing, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, or chargeback response;

• Professional community, certification, training, fellowship, practitioner-network, directory, or post-event program administrators, where applicable;

We do not sell attendee medical records. The Conference is a professional education event and is not intended to collect patient medical records for diagnosis or treatment. Attendees should not submit identifiable patient health information through Conference registration, public forms, chat, community areas, sponsor/exhibitor interactions, or educational materials unless OHM™ has expressly provided a secure, authorized method for that purpose and any required permissions have been obtained.

4. Health, Clinical, and Professional Information

Conference content may discuss hormones, advanced laboratories, DEXA body composition, neurocognitive testing, protocols, medications, compounded products, off-label uses, patient cases, practice workflows, and clinical implementation.

Information submitted by attendees in connection with the Conference is generally treated as professional, registration, educational, or business information, not as patient medical information. If case examples, clinical questions, or implementation discussions are submitted, attendees are responsible for removing or de-identifying patient information unless OHM™ specifically instructs otherwise through an approved process.

Conference participation does not create a physician-patient, clinician-patient, attorney-client, consultant-client, or similar professional relationship between OHM™ and any attendee, sponsor, exhibitor, presenter, or participant.

5. Sponsors, Exhibitors, Partners, and Third-Party Services

The Conference may include sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, laboratories, pharmacies, diagnostic providers, technology providers, professional partners, community platforms, payment processors, venue providers, hotel providers, and other third parties.

If you interact with a third party, visit a third-party website, scan a QR code, submit information to a sponsor or exhibitor, use a partner platform, book a hotel, process payment through a payment provider, or participate in a third-party offer, that third party may collect and use information under its own privacy policy and terms. OHM™ is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

We may use contact information to send information about OHM™, Optimal Health Medicine®, EVOLVE, post-event resources, replay access, practitioner community access, certification pathways, fellowship updates, future trainings, events, programs, services, sponsorship opportunities, exhibitor opportunities, partner opportunities, and related offerings.
